60g raw soaked cashews
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
80ml water
1 garlic clove
Directions
- soak the raw cashews in warm water (at least 30 min)
- blend all ingredients in a high speed blender
